Estimate Display for Warranty and Goodwill Repairs

Overview

To reduce confusion for customers reviewing estimates, we've updated how pricing is displayed for repairs covered under Warranty or Goodwill-Manufacturer. Customers will now see $0.00 pricing for parts and labor associated with these covered operations.

Reason for Repair - Warranty & Goodwill-Manufacturer

• When an operation has a Reason for Repair of either Warranty or Goodwill-Manufacturer and a Total value of $0.00, the system will now display $0.00 for both Parts and Labor in all relevant places:

• Estimate PDFs (both versioned and non-versioned)
• Approval Requests
• Estimate History (on the Viewing Case screen)

How It Appears to Customers

For operations covered by Warranty or Goodwill-Manufacturer:

• In Estimate PDFs, the Price and Core Price columns will show $0.00 for both parts and labor.
• In the Approval Request view and Estimate History table, customers will also see $0.00 values for each covered operation.
