Overview
The Cojali Diagnostic Integration allows Service Providers using Cojali (Jaltest) diagnostic software and hardware to connect vehicle data directly to the Decisiv platform. With this integration, users can plug into a vehicle, run diagnostics, and automatically receive Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and related telematic information within the case record.
This integration reduces manual data entry, improves accuracy, and accelerates troubleshooting by ensuring diagnostic data flows seamlessly from Jaltest into Decisiv SRM.
How It Works
Connect your Cojali (Jaltest) diagnostic tool to the vehicle.
Run the diagnostic scan using your Cojali software.
3. When the integration is active, any detected DTCs and telematic data are automatically sent to Decisiv.
4. Depending on whether a case already exists:
If a case exists: The case is automatically updated with diagnostic and telematics information, including faults and snapshots from Jaltest.
If a case does not exist: A new case is automatically created in Decisiv using the diagnostic and telematic data—as long as the asset and customer already exist in SRM.
5. Fault data can also be viewed directly in the Faults tab within the case.
NOTE: This feature requires setup between Cojali and Decisiv. Only locations with the integration enabled will see Cojali data flow into cases.
