Fleet User Roles and Permissions
Understanding user roles helps you set up new users with the right level of access. Each role provides specific permissions — assigning the correct role from the start reduces confusion and prevents users from having more access than they need.
Roles
Administrator — Full access to fleet portal settings, user management, and all case and asset activity.
Manager — Access to case management, asset oversight, and reporting across the fleet account.
Member — Standard access to view and interact with cases and assets associated with the fleet account.
Report User — Read-only access focused on reporting and data visibility. Cannot create or modify cases.
