Top-Liner - Case V8.37.0, Coming May 2026

For the Case V8.37.0 Release, targeted for May 8th, we're planning the following improvements.

Enhancements:

  • Withheld Operations | Updated Row Color & Border Indicator| The visual highlight for withheld (flagged) operations in the operations table will be updated to display with a more distinct purple background and a matching left-border indicator.

  • Expanded File Attachment Support for Carrier Transicold | We have expanded the list of supported file types to include five new formats used by Carrier Transicold equipment.

Fixes:

  • Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior | This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.

Case V8.37.0 (Targeted for May 8th, 2026):

Withheld Operations | Updated Row Color & Border Indicator

The visual highlight for withheld (flagged) operations in the operations table will be updated to display with a more distinct purple background and a matching left-border indicator, improving visibility and making it easier to identify withheld operations at a glance.

Expanded File Attachment Support for Carrier Transicold 

We have expanded the list of supported file types to include five new formats used by Carrier Transicold equipment:

  • New file types:
    • .DCX
    • .ZDA
    • .ZDX
    • .AAX
    • .ADX

Improved Field Manager Pinning Behavior 

This update enhances how Field Managers (FMs) are pinned within cases, making the feature more relevant and useful for dealer workflows.

What’s Changed:

  • Refined Pinning Scope:
    • Previously, when a dealer user pinned a Field Manager, that FM would appear pinned across all cases for the associated OEM. This broad visibility reduced the effectiveness of the pinning feature.
  • New Behavior:
    • Pinning will apply to cases involving the same dealer group and customer.
    • This ensures pinned FMs are contextually relevant to the work being performed.

Coming Soon:

New Integration Connector Partnership with Prokeep

Decisiv’s integration connects the Prokeep business texting and communication platform with the Decisiv Case application. It supports two workflows: attaching pre- and post-case customer communications to the correct case as PDF records, and automating the parts request and status update process between service advisors and the parts counter.

New Integration Connector Partnership with Record360

Decisiv’s integration with Record360 allows users to complete key Check-in actions in the Record360 app and send them directly to the Case.
