For the Case V8.38.0 Release, targeted for May 22nd, we're planning the following improvements.
Enhancements:
- On‑site Asset Location Field | Service providers can now record exactly where an asset is physically located while on-site — such as a yard row, bay number, or parking spot.

- Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission | We are planning to retire the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform.
Case V8.38.0 (Targeted for May 22nd, 2026):
On‑site Asset Location Field
Service providers can now capture the on‑site location of an asset—such as a yard row, bay number, or parking spot. The new On-site Asset Location field is available in the Additional Info section of the Edit Case Details page, alongside other asset fields. This helps teams quickly locate assets without the need to search the yard or place additional calls.

Phillips Inspection Operation Decommission
Decisiv is retiring the Phillips Inspection program. Starting June 5th, 2026, Phillips-branded inspection operations will no longer be available within the platform. Locations currently using these operations have options to ensure continuity of their inspection workflows before the decommission date.
